Yes, all Metro Classic and Metro Elite members can still enjoy the (a)10% savings & (b)20% birthday discounts. Metro Elite will still be able to enjoy complimentary delivery service in Metro stores, and complimentary parking at Metro Paragon.
(a) Discount is only applicable on regular-priced blue tag merchandise in Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point. It is not applicable on the purchase of Metro Gift Vouchers.
(b) Birthday discount is valid for up to 4 transactions (Elite members) or 2 transactions (Classic members). Discount applies only to regular-priced blue tag items at Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point stores. Not valid on Metro Gift Voucher purchases.
(c) Complimentary parking is only available at Metro Paragon for Metro Elite member with any purchase.
Yes, all your transactions made at Metro Paragon or Metro Causeway Point during this period will still be tracked in our system. However, as we are upgrading the portal, you will not be able to login to your account to view the tracker.
No, your online shopping spends will not be tracked during this period as the online portal is undergoing an upgrade.
Yes, Metro-UOB credit card holder can still enjoy 10% discounts on all regular-priced blue tag merchandise and an extra 5% rebate in Metro$.
No, we no longer offer retrospective crediting of spends. All spends must be tracked during time of purchase. If you have misplaced or forgotten to bring the Metro member card, you can provide the mobile number registered to your Metro account to enjoy the benefits and clock the spends.
