- Facial services are only available for ladies
- All facial vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
- Facial vouchers not utilized within validity period will be forfeited
- Strictly no extension of vouchers after validity period
- Appointments made can be rescheduled/ cancelled only once
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide this notice will be considered a "Last-minute Cancellation"
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge for the full session of the appointment.
- A grace period of 10 minutes will be given; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
Local Delivery
For a minimum net purchase of S$150 on METRO.COM.SG, customers are entitled to complimentary local delivery within Singapore (mainland only).
For purchases below S$150, a shipping fee of S$5 applies*

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
