Blackcube developed a patented hexagonal design on the cookware via dot embossing technology. This results in the formation of raised pattern on the surface of the stainless steel, enabling the spread of oil more evenly, reducing the contact area between the food & the surface of the cookware. Ceramic coating is then applied on the concaved stainless steel surface to further enhance the non stick capabilities of the cookware.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
