Independently lab tested by an International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) approved laboratory to contain MGO 50+. MGO stands for Methylglyoxal and it is a naturally occurring compound found in Manuka honey which is responsible for its antibacterial properties.
Fernmark Certification: Egmont Honey is part of the Fernmark license programme awarded by the New Zealand government. It is only awarded to New Zealand companies which produces genuine New Zealand products and of good reputation.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
