The Happycall Cavo, recognized at the Domestic Diva Awards 2021, is built with high-standard construction and features X-Tinum™ Super Titanium Coating, a high-density, high-strength layer that has passed one million abrasion resistance tests, offering excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and strong protection against spicy or thick seasonings. Its 11-layer non-stick coating, combining graphene and titanium, provides superior performance, while the graphene exterior makes it 200 times stronger than steel and ensures heat conducts 60 times faster than iron. The pan is PFOA-free, contains no heavy metals, and is free from environmentally harmful materials, making it safe for cooking. It is easy to clean, equipped with a vintage wooden handle made from cut logs, and includes a pouring rim for convenience. This versatile pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen, and is proudly made in Korea.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
