This Onde series cookware is crafted with die-cast construction, making it lightweight yet robust, while delivering excellent heat conductivity and even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. It is coated with a premium Hi-Pure Ceramic non-stick layer (also known as Ceranix-pro), which ensures effortless food release, easy cleaning, and is completely free from harmful chemicals such as PTFE and PFOA, making it safe for everyday use. Designed with full induction compatibility, it works seamlessly across all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. The signature wave-like Onde pattern on the exterior not only adds a modern aesthetic but also enhances heat conductivity, allowing for faster and more even cooking. For added convenience, it comes with an anti-overflow self-standing glass lid featuring an automatic steam vent to minimize boil-over and keep your kitchen cleaner. Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
