Honey House UMF™ 15+ & Propolis Throatspray is a refreshing yet powerful propolis formula that combines the healing benefits of New Zealand UMF™ 15+ Manuka honey and Propolis.
Past reviews of this product has indicated immediate soothing relief for sore-throat and cough and improvements to oral health and provides gastrointestinal support.
Propolis is a resinous compound produced by bees, and orginally used to protect its hive against threats and viruses. Rich in bioflavonoids, it is extremely effective in supporting immune defences. Commonly known as "bee glue", bees used propolis to seal cracks in the beehive, where it acts as an antiseptic barrier to protect the hive from viruses and bacteria. These days, propolis is highly regarded as “nature's antibiotic" an alternative medicine, that could potentially provide in anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antioxidant uses.
How to use:
Spray 1-2 pumps into the back of the throat daily as required.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
