Use & Maintenance Tips:
- Don’t heat pan when it's empty (dry burning). The extremely high temperature will cause the non-stick coating to fall off.
- It is recommended to dry the water in the pot before putting in oil.
- Please use a soft cloth when cleaning.
- If there are stubborn stains, please soak the pot in hot water.
- Don’t forget to clean the outside of the pot.
- Don't use metal spoon or spatula for cooking with the pot

User Manual Warranty Coverage:
1-year coverage by IRIS Ohyama Singapore on any manufacturing defect of the non-stick coating and fixings. The guarantee does not cover sticking or damage caused by incorrect use, overheated, lack of maintenance, professional/ commercial use, or if the product is knocked or dropped. It does not cover any glass nor stains, discolouration or scratches on both interior and exterior of the product due to normal wear and tears.

For a minimum net purchase of S$150 on METRO.COM.SG, customers are entitled to complimentary local delivery within Singapore (mainland only).

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
