Care & use:
Recommended: To maintain the temperature of your drink for longer, either pre-heat inside of bottle with boiling water or pre-chill with cold water, before emptying and filling with your chosen drink.
Hand wash only after every use with a mixture of hot water and bicarbonate of soda or washing-up liquid. Not dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave or oven safe. Do not use for carrying or storing ice cubes as this may damage the inner liner. Not suitable for carbonated drinks.To minimise bacterial growth, do not use to store warm milk products or baby food. Avoid sharp/hard objects scratching the bottle during transit and storage.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
