Care & use:
Tote bags - machine washable, see label on product for instructions, remove plastic trim before washing Fabric exterior - wipe clean only, do not machine wash Lid, rims and frame - wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Caution: do not sit or place heavy objects on basket. Do no allow children to play with basket.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
