The La Gourmet Thermal Cooker lets you cook safely and efficiently. In just 15 minutes on the stove, your food begins cooking, and heat retention continues the process without supervision, saving up to 70% energy. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, it preserves nutrients and flavor, works on all hobs including induction, and prevents overcooking.
To use, boil ingredients in the inner pot, transfer it to the outer thermal pot, close the lid, and let it cook. Keep the inner pot lid closed during transfer for best results. Fill only up to 80% capacity and wait at least an hour before opening.
Care: Wipe the outer pot with a cloth and never immerse in water. Wash the inner pot with mild detergent, avoid abrasives, and dry before storing.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
