The La Gourmet Thermalware is designed for safe, healthy, and convenient use. Made from high-quality food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, it is non-reactive, toxin-free, non-leaching, unlined, and ensures clean-tasting beverages. All plastic components are BPA-free, and the flask features durable double-walled construction with extra-thick stainless steel, providing high-performance vacuum insulation that keeps drinks hot or cold for over 12 hours. It is 100% leak- and spill-proof, and stays cool to the touch with hot liquids while remaining condensation-free with cold.
For care, clean before first use with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid using a soft foam brush, avoiding metal or hard plastic brushes. Stubborn stains can be removed with a mixture of hot water and vinegar, lemon juice, or bicarbonate soda, soaked for several hours and rinsed thoroughly. Always dry with the lid removed. Made from 100% FDA-approved materials, this thermalware contains no BPA, phthalates, lead, or other toxins.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
