The La Gourmet Thermalware is crafted from unbreakable 304/18/8 stainless steel and features a double-walled vacuum-pumped design for superior insulation. Its high-quality vacuum flask keeps beverages hot or cold for up to 24 hours and food for up to 6 hours. The one-stop stopper ensures easy use, while the extra-wide mouth allows effortless filling and pouring.
Made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel, it is safe, non-reactive, toxin-free, non-leaching, unlined, and lead-free for clean-tasting drinks. The thermalware is 100% leak- and spill-proof, and all plastic components are BPA-free and FDA-approved.
For use and care, clean the product with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid before first use, using a soft foam brush. Stubborn stains can be removed with a mixture of hot water and vinegar or lemon juice, or bicarbonate soda for tougher stains. Dry with the lid removed, and for maximum heat or cold retention, pre-rinse with hot or cold water before use.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
