La Gourmet Cast Iron cookware is compatible with all heat sources, including open fire, gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. For best results, heat the cookware gradually, as cast iron retains heat and distributes it evenly, enhancing the flavor of casseroles and stews. Never heat an empty pan or let it boil dry—always add oil or liquid first. Use oven mitts or silicone holders while cooking and allow the cookware to cool before washing. Keep it clean and dry by wiping immediately after washing or placing it on a warm burner to remove moisture.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
