The La Gourmet® Thermalware is crafted from unbreakable 304/18/8 stainless steel from Japan, available in double-walled vacuum-insulated designs, offering superior heat and cold retention—hot up to 12 hours and cold up to 24 hours for flasks, or 6 hours for food carriers and tumblers. Its special reflective lining improves heat retention by up to 30%, and its one-stop stopper ensures easy use. Awarded Thermalware of the Year (2014–2019) for quality and innovation, it requires simple care: clean with warm water and soft sponges, avoid overfilling, and ensure lids are tightly closed. Pre-rinse with hot or cold water for maximum results, avoid abrasive cleaning, microwaves, ovens, direct flame, and whole immersion. Ice is safe, but carbonated drinks, dry ice, milk products, baby food, or cans of beverages are not recommended to prevent damage or bacterial growth.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
