Shogun by La gourmet® continues this legacy with its Ceragan™ Ceramic Non-stick cookware, designed for safety, durability, and healthier cooking. The Ceragan™ coating, reinforced with ceramic and pearl powder through a Sol Gel process, is PFAS- and PTFE-free, containing no harmful substances such as heavy metals, endocrine disruptors, or carcinogens. It delivers excellent non-stick performance, easy cleaning, extreme hardness, and high scratch resistance. Built with a die-cast aluminium body—4.5mm to 5mm thick at the base and 1.8mm to 2mm at the sides—the cookware is strong, lightweight, and ensures even heat distribution for tastier results, including acidic dishes like vinegar or tamarind-based soups. Its ceramic surface emits over 90% far-infrared radiation, enhancing flavor while reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. Finished with a heat-resistant exterior and FDA & LFGB safety compliance, this cookware combines performance with peace of mind. Warranty is 2 years against manufacturing defects, excluding non-stick wear, scratches, or damage from high heat and aggressive use.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
