The Ceragan™ Ceramic Non-stick coating, reinforced with ceramic and pearl powder through Sol Gel technology, is PFAS- and PTFE-free, containing no harmful substances such as heavy metals, endocrine disruptors, or carcinogens. It offers extreme hardness, high scratch resistance, and excellent non-stick performance that is easy to clean and care for. Built with a die-cast aluminium core—4.5mm to 5mm thick at the base and 1.8mm to 2mm at the sides—the cookware is strong, lightweight, and ensures superior heat distribution for tastier results, even with acidic dishes like vinegar or tamarind-based soups. The ceramic surface emits over 90% far-infrared radiation, enhancing flavor while lowering energy use and reducing carbon emissions. Finished with a heat-resistant exterior, induction base, and FDA & LFGB safety compliance, Shogun Ceragan™ cookware combines durability, safety, and efficiency for healthier everyday cooking.
This cookware is warranted against any manufacturing defect for 2 years. This does not cover against scratches, blisters of the non stick due to persistent high heat & aggressive cooking. Normal wear & tear on the non-stick is also not covered.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
