Since 1990, La gourmet® has focused on conserving energy and healthy living, with Shogun by La gourmet® offering safe, high-quality cookware for convenient cooking. The Ceragan™ Ceramic Non-stick coating is PFAS- and PTFE-free, free from harmful substances, and provides extreme hardness, high scratch resistance, and easy-to-clean non-stick performance. Reinforced with ceramic and pearl powder through Sol Gel technology, it ensures durability and safety with FDA and LFGB compliance. The die-cast aluminium body, 4.5–5mm thick at the base, is strong yet lightweight, delivering excellent heat distribution and energy efficiency. Its induction base makes it versatile for all stoves, while the ceramic surface emits far-infrared radiation that enhances flavor and reduces energy consumption.
This cookware is warranted against any manufacturing defect for 2 years. This does not cover against scratches, blisters of the non stick due to persistent high heat & aggressive cooking. Normal wear & tear on the non-stick is also not covered.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
