Shogun Ceragan™ Ceramic Non-stick cookware by La gourmet® features a PFAS- and PTFE-free coating reinforced with ceramic and pearl powder for durable, easy-to-clean, and scratch-resistant performance. Its die-cast aluminium body ensures even heat distribution and energy efficiency, while the induction base and heat-resistant exterior provide safe, versatile cooking. FDA & LFGB compliant, it enhances flavor and reduces energy use, ideal for all types of dishes.
This cookware is warranted against any manufacturing defect for 2 years. This does not cover against scratches, blisters of the non stick due to persistent high heat & aggressive cooking. Normal wear & tear on the non-stick is also not covered.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
