La gourmet® Thermalware, recognized with multiple prestigious awards, is crafted from high-quality food-grade 18/8 stainless steel that is safe, non-reactive, toxin-free, and clean tasting. It is 100% leak- and spill-proof, made with FDA-approved materials, and BPA-free plastic parts. The extra-wide mouth allows easy filling, pouring, and cleaning.
Use & Care: Clean with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid before first use, using a soft foam brush. Avoid metal or hard plastic brushes.
Stubborn Stains: Soak with hot water and vinegar or lemon juice, then rinse. For tougher stains, use hot water with bicarbonate soda.
Drying: Always dry with the lid removed.
Best Heat/Cold Retention: Pre-rinse with hot water for hot drinks and cold water for cold drinks to maximize performance.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
