Materials: Main body, lid, lid frame/ABS resin Packing/Silicone parts/Silicone rubber.
Heat-resistant temperature: Main body/lid/lid frame/70°C Packing/200°C.
Size: Approximately 181 x 82 x 117 mm.
If the wet sheet gets caught between the lid and the gasket, it may be difficult to open and close the lid. Please use on a flat place. Please do not use it for any other purpose. If the product is defective, we will replace it. If the lid does not open easily, please remove the silicone part and reassemble it. When doing so, be careful not to leave any gaps between the silicone parts and the upper packing.Using a scrubbing brush or polishing powder may cause scratches. After use, rinse thoroughly, drain and dry.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
