Use & Care
- Before first use, wash then the coating with cooking oil.
- For efficiency and stability: center your pan on a hob adapted to the diameter of its base.
- Avoid burning the handle.
- Do not overheat your cookware.
- Oven safe up to 175℃ (350℉)
- Not microwave safe.
- Do not use whisks or sharp utensils in your pan.
- To prolong the life of your pan, we recommend hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge.
- Dishwasher use: It is preferable to use gentle detergents such as a liquid or gel.
- If your handles loosen, gently re-tighten them.
- This pan can be disposed of at a recycling point.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
