You can drink with a straw or directly from the mouthpiece.
It also has a waterproof structure, so it can brave the environment when you carry it around. Latte series is also inspired by the enamel kettle that has been loved in Japan for a long time. Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
