Phyto-Khol Perfect is a Long-Lasting eye pencil that provides an intense, precise line to define the eyes. Its rich, creamy formula is enriched with botanical waxes and oils, which work to protect and nourish the delicate skin on the eyelids. The pencil glides on effortlessly without pulling on the skin, and its Long-Lasting formula stays put for hours without smudging or fading. It is a perfect eyeliner for a classic, defined look. The pencil comes with a sponge tip for blending and a pencil sharpener.

- Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, to accentuate the shape of the eye and intensify the look, or blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip.
- For a khol effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eye shadow and for a smokey effect, under eye shadow.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.

For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.

For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
