Description
SwitchBot Hub 2 supports old infrared appliances and can help make them smarter, what's more, you can also connect other SwitchBot products via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to build a more complete smart home experience.
Now Supports HomeKit via Matter.
For existing Bluetooth only products such as SwitchBot Curtain and SwitchBot Blind Tilt, you can connect Hub 2 to your smart home ecosystem to implement Matter over Wi-Fi in the future, removing the need to buy new devices to make them Matter compatible.
To add Matter-compatible accessories, a smart home hub such as Apple HomePod Mini or Google Nest is required.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable/ Non-Refundable Products
