This water heater is designed to be filled and left on continuously, so boiling water is available any time for hot drinks, ‘instant’ foods like ramen, filling flasks or general use.
It doesn’t need to be emptied, just top it up with cold water when hot water is not needed – it takes between 25-35 minutes to bring the water to 98°C for the initial boil.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
