Super VE has 2 layers of thermal insulation, namely "ultra vacuum thermal insulation" and "air thermal insulation".
The thermal insulation layer is wrapped by 3 layers of durable high-quality stainless steel, which can maintain high-efficiency heat preservation effect for a long time.
Zojirushi vacuum insulation technology uses ultra-vacuum insulation layer and air insulation layer between three layers of stainless steel to double lock heat.
After boiling, even if the power is off for 2 hours, the bottle can still maintain a high temperature above 92 ℃!
There is no need to re-boil, the water temperature is directly heated to the preset temperature, and the heat preservation is continued without boiling, saving time and energy, and reducing steam.
(Can choose to specify the temperature 90℃, 80℃, 70℃)
(In normal mode, the water heater will boil the water first, and then lower the water temperature to the preset temperature.)

When there is no operation for 2 hours, the energization of the heater is automatically adjusted, and the temperature is kept at about 70°C to save electricity.
(Energy-saving mode can be used at 98℃, 90℃, 80℃ heat preservation)
Has a 5-stage power-saving appointment function, which can be reserved 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 hours in advance
When you sleep or go out, press the setting to cut off the power and enter the heat preservation state. The boiling will be completed at the end of the set hours, which saves more electricity and is more environmentally friendly.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to Metro’s store returns policy. The merchandise, including any gifts with purchase, will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging with its receipt at any Metro Customer Service Counters.
For exchanges, customers may choose to exchange their purchase with any merchandise with the same value available in the Metro store at the point of exchange.
For refunds, a Metro Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months upon issuance) will be issued.
